The OAPC's ABC series includes easy-to-read, four-to-eight page brochures that provide information on asphalt paving techniqes and issues. The brochures is intended to serve as a general guide and is not to be used as design manual. Professional engineers should be consulted to ensure that pavements are not only designed functionally, but also economically to fit respective budget requirements.
